Warranty Information

Redvive Health, Inc. ("Redvive") stands behind the quality and performance of our photobiomodulation devices. This warranty applies to all Redvive products purchased directly from Redvive or through an authorized distributor.
1. Standard Warranty Coverage
Redvive warrants that its photobiomodulation devices will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for the following periods from the date of original purchase:

2. What Is Covered
This warranty covers:
- Defects in materials and workmanship
- LED diode failure (output below specified parameters)
- Electronic component failure under normal operating conditions
- Structural defects in the device housing or mounting systems
3. What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, negligence, or unauthorized modification
- Damage caused by power surges, improper voltage, or environmental conditions outside specified operating parameters
- Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality
- Damage resulting from use not in accordance with the product manual or clinical protocols
- Products purchased from unauthorized resellers or distributors
- Consumable components (if applicable)
4. How to Make a Warranty Claim
To initiate a warranty claim:

- Provide your proof of purchase and device serial number
- Describe the issue you are experiencing
- Our technical team will assess the claim and provide instructions for repair or replacement
5. Warranty Remedies
At Redvive's sole discretion, we will repair or replace any product found to be defective under this warranty at no charge to the original purchaser. Replacement products may be new or refurbished and will be warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period.
6. Limitation of Liability
THE REMEDIES DESCRIBED IN THIS WARRANTY ARE YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDIES. REDVIVE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE PRODUCT, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY.
